No files could be processed

  1. Check the status of the VSS writers and make sure they are not listed as “waiting for completion.” When a VSS writer is listed as “waiting for completion” it cannot be used by the system.
  2. Make sure the directory selected in your backup set has data within it.
  3. Check that no other backup of the same data is taking place at the same time.
