Were you just logged off for no reason? This may happen because of a few different reasons.
- Your session simply expired. This is the most common reason. Simply log back in. Your MLG Administrator may have set a short session life. Consult with your MLG Administrator, which is most likely your Principal, Assistant Principal or Business Manager of your school.
- Your account was locked out by an administrator. MLG Administrators have the ability to log in and assume other users identity. If you are the teacher being logged off, you will see a message stating so. You will not be able to log back in until the MLG Administrator is finished reviewing your account.
- Your internet connection may have reset. If your internet connection or IP address changed, MLG sees that as a possible compromise of security. Your account will be logged off to protect it.
- Your MLG application may be in maintenance mode. That means GreySignal may be currently pushing updates scripts and backend updates to better improve the security, stability, and speed of your installation.
