To submit a bug within MLG, simply go to the bottom of the application, and click "Submit A Bug." Alternatively, you may open the "My Account" panel and click "Report A Bug." The issue will be submitted directly to GreySignal for analysis. Please complete as many fields as possible to help us. Be sure to be specific! This software is extremely advanced and we may not be able to reproduce the issue unless you specifically state how you experienced it.

Advanced Issue
Having a more advanced issue that you need someone to watch your work flow? Simply click "Ask A Question" in the "My Account" panel. A window will pop up. If your name and email is not pre-filled please input them, then click "Record A Video Of Your Screen." This will allow our agents to see exactly what you see. The recording will then be attached directly to the ticket. Open a new tab or window, recreate the issue, and ensure the record button has been clicked within the screen recorder.
