User Login Alerts

Built into your GreySignal Web App is our login notification system. This means that anytime someone logs into your account from an unrecognized device or location, you will receive an email with the ability to immediately lock the account out.

For example, John Doe is a PAS Med Labs employee and has an assigned iPad and only used the iPad for work. If someone attempts to gain control of his account an email will be immediately sent off to John Doe alerting him of the activity with the option to immediately lock the account.

If this feature is turned on in the "Manage Global Settings" area, it is turned on globally for all users, overriding their personal selections.
