How To Reset Your Password
If a user has trouble logging in, they may visit your application's landing page, _______.greysignal.com, and click "Forgot Password?" underneath the login box. The user will be asked for their username and email address. A temporary password will be emailed to the user that they may use to login with.
We suggest changing your password once logged in. Depending on the user level, the user will have to click either "Manage" or "My Account" on the navigation bar.
