To Report A Bug
Click on the "Contact" button at the bottom of the application. This will tell us more information about the page you are on and allow us to help you faster. Alternatively, you can email "support@greysignal.com" to submit a bug report.
To Provide Feedback, Ideas, and Changes
To give GreySignal new ideas, request changes, and submit feedback, please click "Ideas & Changes" at the bottom of your web application to visit our support forum. This will allow you to provide feedback to us. Your entire organization can collaborate on your ideas with you as well. Utilize the support forum as much as you can, as it is the easiest way to find answers to your commonly asked questions.

As we roll your GreySignal web app out to your company, bugs may arise very quickly, so please be patient. GreySignal specialists will try to fix as many bugs as possible, especially in the beginning stages to minimize downtime and confusion.
