If you are a business customer and utilize our Help Desk software, we may ask for your LogMeIn (or LMI) name.
LogMeIn is a enterprise grade remote control utility we install on every machine in your office. This allows us to provide the best possible remote support to you and your fellow employees.
Some customers may have this product installed, others may not. If you don't, let us know.
Finding your LogMeIn Name on Windows
Beside your system time in the bottom right hand corner of the screen you'll see a blue icon that looks like this:

Please double click on the icon. You'll see a window similar to the one below. Find the name in the red box on your installation of LogMeIn and include it on your ticket.

I don't see any icon. Why?
You may also need to click a small arrow beside the time to show the LogMeIn icon as shown below:

Some customers computers may need restarted to push the LogMeIn software to their computer.
If you still don't see LogMeIn icon, it may not be installed, or protected from your view by an administrator. Alternatively, you may click the "Start" or windows button, and look under All Programs for "LogMeIn".
