- Check that the credentials entered into your GreyVault software still match the current credentials used to access the SQL database.
- Check the SQL maintenance schedule for conflicting times with the back times.
- Be sure that the server has enough memory available to run the backup.
- Make sure the user account being used to backup SQL has permission to do so and is part of the schema admins group.
