Client side SQL backup error

  1. Check that the credentials entered into your GreyVault software still match the current credentials used to access the SQL database.
  2. Check the SQL maintenance schedule for conflicting times with the back times.
  3. Be sure that the server has enough memory available to run the backup.
  4. Make sure the user account being used to backup SQL has permission to do so and is part of the schema admins group.
