A person trying to access GreyMail services may experience an error along the lines of "cannot connect to server" on their mail client (Outlook, mobile device, etc)
This error is caused by a connectivity loss between the mail client (Outlook, mobile device, etc) and the GreySignal IMAP, POP or SMTP protocol.

Please have your administrator go into your mail client's settings and check that the password and settings are correct. To check your pasword, simply visit webmail.yourdomain.com and try typing in your login information. Ensure it matches with the mail client's settings.
