If an agent requests that you send your equipment back for repairs, here's what to do, and how to do it! Please read the below very carefully.
1) We do NOT need ANY cables, mice, keyboards, or the monitor unless SPECIFICALLY asked for it. Just ship us the tower, otherwise known as "the brains". If you are shipping a laptop we DO need the power cord.
2) Please print out the attached label (below) and tape it clearly on the box, and ensure you write your ticket number where it says "Ticket ID" This is EXTREMELY important.
