As a GreySignal user, you have free access to our Help Center, a world class portal to track any and all tickets you have with us, open or closed.
To get started, you will need the following:
- Your full name
- Your work email address
- Access to a web browser such as Google Chrome
Okay let's begin!
Go to a browser, type in help.greysignal.com/registration
Go ahead fill the form out with your work contact information.
Next check your email for an email from GreySignal. Click the link within the email. You will then set a password for yourself.
Once you are logged in, hit "check existing ticket" and you'll be presented with all open and closed tickets.
You can see "my requests" are requests that you have submitted, then go ahead hit "requests I'm CC'ed on" and view all tickets that you've been CC'ed on. If you have been authorized by GreySignal, you'll see one more option to see your organization's tickets.
If you click into a ticket, you'll be able to see all the data we've collected on your request. If you scroll to the bottom, you'll be able to respond directly to the ticket from this screen as well. You can even mark the ticket as solved yourself!
