If you get the message
Invalid username/password. Please contact your Security Administrator to check/reset your password. PointClickCare cannot reset user passwords for your facility.
When you're trying to login for the first time, chances are there are simple steps you can do yourself to get logged in.
First, double check for the prefix you must have before the username. For example, if you get a username such as crc.jdoe2 you will enter that into PointClickCare login page, then the generic password that was provided to your HR Director.
Next, when the windows pops up and asks for your old password, enter the same password you did in the previous step.
Below that, you can enter a unique password that you can remember. You may ignore the PIN number.
If you are still having issues, please see your HR Director to assist.
